BERTHA BAY-SA PAN was born in New Jersey and raised in Taiwan and returned to the US to study at Boston University and get her MFA in Film from Columbia University.<\/p>\n

Her first feature film\u00a0Face<\/em> (2002) premiered at Sundance. She followed it up with the feature\u00a0Almost Perfect<\/a><\/em> (2011).<\/p>\n
