LYNN HERSHMAN LEESON is most well known for her work as a visual and performance artist but she has also directed several narrative fiction films starring Tilda Swinton – and a feature length documentary about women working in the visual arts, !Women Art Revolution\u00a0<\/em><\/a>(2010).<\/p>\n

Her first feature film\u00a0Conceiving Ada<\/a> <\/em>(1997) premiered at Sundance where she also screened subsequent films, including her hybrid film Strange Culture<\/a><\/em> (2007) which was also exhibited on the Sundance Channel.<\/p>\n
