JENNIE LIVINGSTON studied photography and painting with a minor in English Literature at Yale. Her documentary Paris is Burning (1990) won the Sundance Grand Jury prize.

She was born in Texas, raised in Los Angeles and currently lives in New York City.

Bite-sized blog post: Ry Russo-Young

RY RUSSO-YOUNG has had two films premiere at Sundance, Nobody Walks (2012) and  You Won’t Miss Me (2009).

Her narrative ficiton film Before I Fall will be released in 2017. She has a documentary in development about the man who donated sperm to her lesbian parents suing for paternal rights.

ARLENE SANFORD has been directing for television for over thirty years, sitcoms and hour long dramas.

She began by directing a short film with Jamie Lee Curtis and has gone on to be nominated for two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series.
