LIZ GARBUS formed her company Moxie Firecracker Films in 1988 and has gone on to direct numerous documentaries.

What Happened Miss Simone? (2015) garmered Garbus’ second Academy Award nomination and she is now in talks with Amazon Studios to direct the narrative film Lost Girls.
