Her most recent feature is a documentary about the UCLA film movement now known as the LA Rebellion (the group included filmmaker Julie Dash) – Spirits of Rebellion: Black Film at UCLA (2011).

Thank you very much for this post! Much appreciated! Just wanted to add that Spirits of Rebellion is now a completed documentary. It is an update from the 2011 version which was 45 minutes; the documentary is now 101 minutes and it premiered at UCLA and at the Pan African film Festival Los Angeles in February 2016. Hopefully IMDB will update soon.
