JESSICA CONGDON co-directed the documentary Race to Nowhere (2010) with Vicki Abeles. She produced, edited and wrote Miss Representation (2011) and works regularly as an editor.

Congdon studied at UC Berkeley and the Art Institute of Chicago. She is currently directing a series on food and travel Places and Plates.

Abeles was an associate producer on Jennifer Siebel Newsom’s Miss Representation (2010) after directing her first documentary Race to Nowhere (2010) which she has self distributed.
