JENNIE LIVINGSTON studied photography and painting with a minor in English Literature at Yale. Her documentary Paris is Burning (1990) won the Sundance Grand Jury prize.

She was born in Texas, raised in Los Angeles and currently lives in New York City.

CAMILLE THOMAN has worked mostly in narrative fiction but her debut feature was a documentary The Longest Game (2014) about a group of men who play table tennis in Vermont.

She has also worked as a performance artist both in the US and the UK.

BESS KARGMAN is a documentary filmmaker who studied dance as a child and used that knowledge to inform her directorial feature debut documentary First Position (2011).

She also directed a documentary as part of the Nine for IX Shorts for ESPN about women in sports.
