CHRISTINA KALLAS’ feature film 42 Seconds of Happiness (2016) was an immersive experience for the actors, rehearsed for a year and a half and shot in five days. It is now on the festival circuit and will be screened at the Orlando Film Festival this month. She has also been nominated for the Emerging Director Award of the New Filmmakers Forum at this year’s St. Louis International Film Festival.

Kallas teaches at both Columbia and The New School in New York City. She has written several books about the art of screenwriting and film.
