KATHERINE BROOKS won the LACE Award for Arts and Entertainment for women who have made a difference in the entertainment community.

Brooks began her career in reality television before directing her own work. Her most recent film Lost in Time was funded in part via a crowdfunding campaign.

Her feature directorial debut Blue Car (2002) was distributed by Miramax.
